Anton Dolganov

Founder and consultant

Who you work with.

AD-Development was founded by Anton Dolganov. You work with him directly, from the first conversation to the handover to your team.

Anton works where AI, high-performance computing and governance meet. He builds AI applications and the compute infrastructure beneath them, and makes sure they fit within the EU AI Act. That combination makes the difference: technology and regulation are solved in the same design, not laid side by side afterwards.

His research on parallel simulation of tumour growth in malignant pleural mesothelioma was published by Springer in 2025, together with researchers in computational science and oncology. As an IAPP-certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), he translates legislation into choices in design, data and processes.
